Urban Maintenance Systems (UMS) is an Australian owned and operated facilities maintenance and management services provider.

Commencing operations in 1995 to support local government maintain their public assets, UMS has steadily grown our operations to support property and infrastructure owners nationally and, as of 2017, internationally in New Zealand.

Our suite of services is an end-to-end solution for preventative and reactive maintenance, as well as the management of projects for wide-ranging and complex facility types, including:
